THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bin 36 Restaurant Review

: Since relocating to the West Loop, Bin 36 continues to showcase its vast selection of unique but affordable wines by the flight, bottle, glass and taste. It also highlights a much more sophisticated cocktail list and craft beers, including a Belgian-like option made with plums specially developed for the restaurant by Temperance Beer Company in Evanston. Pair your libation with local and imported artisan cheeses and charcuterie as well as house-cured and house-made items like bresaola and caramelized apple-chicken liver mousse. Executive chef Angelina Bastidas turns out dishes such as miso-glazed wings, pork cheek meatballs and shrimp ravioli. Large framed photos of wine barrels, blonde wood tables and a black speckled granite bar warm up the open space, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Jefferson Street and an outdoor patio decorated with greenery and umbrella tables.
