 This stately inn overlooking picturesque Lake Waramaug offers some of the area's most upscale cuisine. Chef Jeff Foglia's menu emphasizes flavorful preparations of seafood, beef and poultry including pan-seared wild Atlantic salmon topped with a pesto crust, and oven-roasted Long Island duck in a white peach-brandy sauce. While menu selections are limited, this is an elegant yet relaxed spot to enjoy a fine meal with a view.
