Birds & Bees is a subterranean cocktail spot with retro flair in downtown Los Angeles. The drinks draw seasonal inspiration, but there's also a section devoted to "Forgotten Classics" given a modern update, such as the Royal Hawaiian made with gin, Cognac, Spanish vanilla liqueur, orgeat, lime and pineapple.
