Thanks to the genius of chef-owner Raoul Jean-Richard, the menu sparkles with many unusual dishes. Look for such stars as his confit of duck leg with a truffle sauce, or if available, the veal sweetbreads. The elegant desserts are just as dazzling, including his silken crème brûlée. He has also selected a fine assortment of wines that pair well with his food.
