From its grand foyer to its formal service, Bistro 24 feels classically European. Yet because it's housed in a business hotel, the effect feels more like a Parisian bistro with a casual clientele. Some dishes are colorful in the French style, yet many of the offerings are traditional: steak au poivre, bistro fries, or a plat du jour capped by house-made desserts. Breakfast is a treat, too, with specialties like blue corn pancakes, corned beef hash, huevos rancheros and Scottish smoked salmon.
