Bistro 412 Restaurant Review

: This casual American bistro on Main Street, decorated with French flourishes, serves unique creations like the forest mushroom sauté over savory french toast topped with goat cheese. In addition, the menu offers a very French three-onion soup; a braised lamb shank slow-cooked in red wine, orange zest and caramelized onions; braised boneless short rib bourguignon; and almond-crusted Idaho trout. There’s a bottle or glass of wine to complement every flavor. On Tuesday nights, the restaurant features live music, and the patio opens for outdoor dining during the spring and summer months.

Bistro 412 is a delight! After eating here several times, I have to say it is my favorite Park City Restaurant, and I have tried most of them.
I love the food, the service is always great, and the wine list is divine.
Our experience this past week was as always, wonderful! We shared the Mushroom French Toast and a wonderful bottle of Greysac Bordeaux.
Our Bistro 412 Salade, Cassoulet, Mussels with Curry Cream and Pomme Frites were all really delicious.
Try it if you haven't and go back if you have!
