Bistrot du Sommelier Restaurant Review:
In this bistro facing the Saint-Augustin church, sommelier Philippe Faure-Brac has catered to patrons since 1984. On Friday, he showcases a vineyard and its wines: a special menu with five glasses of wine costs €50 at lunch and €75 at dinner. As for the rest of the week, refined items include sea bass perfumed with Avruga caviar and roast pigeon drenched in port wine, along with wines that are personal favorites of Faure-Brac, such as a white Ladoix 2009 from Chevalier or a red Saint-Joseph 2010 from Chave.
