Black Angus Restaurant Restaurant Review

: Kissimmee is known to locals as Cow Town. With its annual rodeo and stockyard history, it is curiously difficult for tourists staying on Highway 192 --- in the heart of Kissimmee --- to find a good steak restaurant without going to a resort hotel. Here, you'll find juicy Black Angus beef and fresh seafood at a fair price. From a T-bone to a 32-ounce porterhouse to a tender, bacon-wrapped filet mignon, the steak choices are the best bet. If beef isn’t your preference, try one of several seafood dishes like lobster tail, snow crab clusters or a salmon filet. The best deal is the combo --- a steak and a portion of grilled or fried shrimp for $24.99.

Black Angus -- Good steaks at value prices.
by GvonBehren on Sat Apr 26, 2014 3:08 pm

Black Angus is a secret restaurant for the locals and usually is reasonably full most evenings. If you can come in between 11am and 5 pm, they have afternoon specials for a steak dinner that is a great bargain. If you come in for dinner, they still have a house steak that is very good versus the special cuts at higher prices. Portions are large and the food is tasty. Ignore the review saying the restaurant is closed. Only the hotel has changed brands and it is separate from the restaurant anyway. If you want a good meal, eaten at a liesurely pace, this is a place to visit.
