Fresh, delicious and reasonable meals are the reason people line up for lunch and take-out at these organic---mostly vegetarian---restaurants. A rotating menu can include squash bisque, bulghur wheat salad with dried fruits, walnuts and rosemary, barbecued tofu teriyaki, herb-roasted vegetables or burritos.
