| While the menu reflects a rather straightforward approach to the classic American steakhouse, the service and execution make this restaurant a good choice if you are craving Prime beef. The opening star of each meal is the piping hot popovers and chicken pâté --- a combination so appealing that you'll have to control yourself to avoid filling up on them. The appetizers and sides are rather predictable, but we recommend opting for the charcuterie as a build up to the beef. BLT Steak is devoted to carnivores so don't be shy --- order the bone-in rib-eye or the Wagyu skirt steak and sate those primal urges. Finish up with house-made ice cream or sorbet. |
