Fish fancier Bill Shapiro brings a lot of love and invention to his no-frills restaurant. The playful marine murals and aquariums that dot the room lighten the barn-like atmosphere, but the food here is definitely the thing. In these surroundings, kids might really learn to have a taste for fish. Count on a daily selection of fresh oysters, and everything from calamari to lobster prepared with Shapiros own twists-perhaps some Asian or Moroccan seasonings that can be complemented with a crisp white wine.
