Blu on the Water Restaurant Review: Open seasonally, this waterfront restaurant/bar on Greenwich Cove features spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas, a tented cocktail lounge, and a raw bar. The yachts, couches and fire pits on the dock combine for a swanky, South Beach vibe. Grilled scallops served over a rich risotto with asparagus and Parmesan is a hearty, tasty dish, while the simple fish ‘n’ chips is subtly executed. Saffron paella risotto and a pumpkin risotto are among the more ambitious entrées. A full bar features a wide range of draft and bottled beers, plus specialty cocktails. The dessert menu proposes largely cake and spirits.
