Blue C Sushi Restaurant Review: Conveyor belt sushi has a cool vibe and comes with reasonable prices at this neighborhood favorite, one of six Seattle-area Blue C locations. Watch as a rainbow of dishes glides past featuring a wide selection of prepared rolls. (Dishes are color-coded to indicate price.) Favorites include hamachi (yellowtail) nigiri and spicy tuna maki. Call buttons along the sushi bar attract servers to take orders. The fresh and nicely prepared sushi is complemented by various cooked dishes, such as tempura and tonkatsu, plus Japanese-inspired desserts. A full bar dispenses beer, saké and wine. |
