| This is the original Blue Mesa Grill and it is still going strong well into its second decade. Freshly fried sweet-potato chips served with a fire-roasted salsa and guacamole made at your table are always winners. Original creations like the Adobe pie, think a tamale without the corn husk and you'll be close, and the Painted Desert soup, half black bean, half corn chili chowder served side by side in one bowl, keeps Blue Mesa at the forefront of Southwestern dining destinations.
