 Blue Plate Restaurant Review: Those of you with your hearts on fire about Luna Park or Delfina will also delight in this lesser known (and less crowded) Bernal Heights restaurant. The local foodies and neighborhood hipsters are usually the only ones filling the quirky and welcoming room, with its deeply hued walls and tin flower vases. Somewhat of a signature dish would be the steak frites, but other standouts include the roast chicken or the creamy polenta. A reasonably priced wine list, attentive service and an occasional funky DJ make this secret spot a gem worth the extra few blocks. |
