| The major draws at this Isle of Palms spot include a nautical theme, competently prepared seafood, and its space aplenty for kids. There’s also lots of room for the happy hour crowd, with a rooftop bar that features a delightful view of the Intercoastal waterway. A raw bar selection, pastas, fried fish dishes and an easily customizable grilled fish menu give diners plenty of opportunity to enjoy their seafood any way they like it. Those who wish for a more substantial meal may steer towards the Boathouse specialties, with butter-poached lobster tails and a combo of crab cake and filet; appetizers and salads find those watching their beach bodies. Sunday brunch is a considerable affair, with an assortment of eggs Benedict variations, big sandwiches, the ubiquitous shrimp and grits, and a small selection of lighter breakfast dishes. |
