A boater's delight, the Hyatt accommodates water-borne traffic with boat slips just outside. The restaurant capitalizes on this, with views of the water traffic from inside or out on the patio. Unsurprisingly, the culinary focus is on the bounty of the Gulf of Mexico, with grouper, snapper and other local delicacies you might in fact see brought in by the fishing fleet as you dine. The cuisine might be categorized as Florida-centric American regional, but it's mainstream enough to please a range of tastes and ages.
