Bobby’s Burger Palace Restaurant Review: Chef and TV personality Bobby Flay created this winning burger chain that pays tribute to the flavors of America. There are always ten burgers on the menu, each with a regional spin, and one burger of the month. Among the favorites is the Santa Fe Burger with queso sauce, pickled jalapeños and blue corn chips. Burgers are made with Certified Angus beef unless you specify the ground turkey option. All can be “crunchified,” which means they get an additional topping of potato chips that add a nice bit of texture. The crunch salad is there for vegetarians or dieters; for low-carbers, a “topless” salad with a burger on top of savory greens is available. Shakes are rich and creamy and while the vanilla, chocolate and black and white versions are most popular, the pistachio has a cult following. Sauces excel, especially mustard horseradish sauce that can accompany sweet potato fries, which, like the regular fries, are fresh and hand-cut.
