University of Chicago graduates Jeff Wilcoxon and Chris Hill created Bobtail Ice Cream Company. Featuring both classic and specialty ice cream flavors (Signature Sunset, Merlot ice cream with dark chocolate chips), this picturesque Bobtail location is appropriate for something sweet after a hearty Chicago meal.
