| Boca Chica continues to be one of the most festive spots in town: When the salsa music is blasting, you can almost feel the building bouncing with the beat. By all means go with a group and share decent finger food like plantain chips and bean dip, shrimp ticul with hot green chile sauce, chicharrones de pollo (Dominican seasoned chicken), and croquetas de platano (green plantain balls with onion mojo).
