| Situated between two downtown parking lots is this small sandwich bar that is comfy, fun and stylishly decorated with bright colors, hanging yellow lamps and a curious giant clock. The food here is as fresh as it gets, and the ingredients unique: the turkey sandwich is made with olive bread and marinated aubergine along with a goat cheese that is produced in the Laurentians. Other sandwiches include a roast beef or the Bocca Loupa, with apple, walnut, pesto and honey. Other goodies include cakes, St-Viateur bagels, organic coffees and old-time pop brands. Desserts are simple but fine; we suggest the homemade chocolate cake. This little corner of Montréal will remind you of home. |
