 Adolfo Suaya (Geisha House) is behind BoHo at Hollywood's Arclight, which offers a "sharable" plates menu inspired from the adjacent Hollywood farmers market. The menu includes quinoa salad, baked fennel with roasted shallots and bacon, pulled pork and smoked mozzarella pizza, roasted marrow bones, oxtail Catalana, the BoHo burger deluxe, and Scottish salmon with sunchoke purée.
