Bon Restaurant Review: Remodeled by Philippe Starck, Bon welcomes guests with a long corridor that leads to the main dining hall. A smoking room, equipped with transparent doors, is embellished with glistening chandeliers, intimate alcoves and an impressive library. Influenced by the Far East, the menu includes dim sums, papaya and shrimps salad, scallops carpaccio aromatized with ginger, grilled chicken, and banana rolls with chocolate sauce to finish off the meal. Well-stocked cellar with nearly 100 labels.
