Bon Temps is a modern French brasserie with industrial flair, in keeping with its location in downtown LA's Arts District. Lincoln Carson was previously corporate pastry chef for The Mina Group, and more recently worked with Superba Food + Bread. Expect dishes like Maine scallops with morels, ramps and peas, and a Valrhona chocolate soufflé for dessert.
