Bonefish Grill Restaurant Review: Part of a St. Petersburg, Florida-based operation, Bonefish Grill restaurants are spacious yet feel warm and comfortable thanks to quality lighting and color schemes. We also appreciate the temperate noise levels. Start with one of the soups or a shared order of the Bang Bang Shrimp. We also like the ahi "sashimi," really more of a tataki as it's lightly seared, with wasabi and pickled ginger; order it as a main course or an appetizer. Wood-grilled fish is the menu highlight, and the sea bass (available in two sizes) is a standout. Choose one of several sauces to embellish your grilled fish, or go for the mahi mahi piccata with lemon-caper butter sauce. Among the meat dishes, try the aji panca-rubbed rib-eye paired with chimichurri sauce for an Argentine finish. For dessert, consider the Key lime pie.
