| Bonefish has the right formula---it’s inviting, chic and reasonable. Knowledgeable servers bustle about in white coats aiming to please, although we consent that at times their eagerness needs to be lassoed. One of the most enjoyable menu perks is dishes may be prepared your way: grilled or sautéed, plain or sauced. And specials such as rock shrimp with garlic-lemon sauce or Norwegian salmon topped with sautéed spinach are too enjoyable to miss. As the restaurant’s roots are in Florida, naturally there’s Key lime pie, but the chocolate crème brûlée with a hint of Grand Marnier is difficult to pass by. |
