Bonefish Grill Restaurant Review: Bright and full of light, this restaurant combines golden hardwood floors with big bay windows, local artwork and mahogany furniture for a look that is as distinctive as its menu. There are at least ten martinis available on any given evening and at least three nightly specials as well as a multiple item menu. There's even a gluten-free menu. Fish entrées come with a choice of five sauces. There are hand-cut steaks, pork chops and sautéed rainbow trout crusted in pistachio-Parmesan and topped with artichokes and basil-lemon butter. Be sure to get the garlic mashed potatoes. For people on the go or in a hurry, the Bonefish Grill offers "Hand Helds"---quick orders like Sir Will's fish ‘n’ chips or an "American Style" Kobe beef burger.
