Borgata Buffet Restaurant Review: Although the Borgata Buffet is pricier than most Atlantic City buffets, it’s clearly worth every penny. Great attention is paid to details that matter. Food is prepared fresh at cooking stations and the variety is astounding in regard to both quantity and breadth. There are the popular favorites such as pizza and fried chicken, but also such dishes as salmon stuffed with scallop-dill mousse in a latticed puff pastry, tomato basil soup, paella and tilapia Provençal --- sushi and steak, too. Desserts are given the same consideration in presentation and taste --- you’ll not soon forget the cream cheese cupcakes served in sculpted chocolate cups. The setting is serene Northern Italian with columns and murals to enhance the ambience. Service staff is well trained and the cooks behind the counters take care to attend to every customer request. Lunch $18.95; dinner $30.95 (children 4-8 half price at lunch and dinner).
