Located just around the corner from the TD Banknorth Garden, this boisterous brewpub, with an industrial chic interior lined with TVs, is jam-packed before a Celtics and Bruins game. But for those in the know, it’s a party even when there's no home game. The glassed-in, on-site brewery produces beers named in honor of Boston: Beantown Nut Brown, Fenway American Pale Ale and Curley’s Irish Stout. The pub grub includes a plate of “infamous” nachos, and addictive sour cream and chive fries served in a bucket. The encyclopedic menu contains everything you would expect from a brewpub, from burgers and pizza to fried chicken and steak tips, and some nice surprises like the mako shark skewers. For dessert, don’t miss the mud pie with chunks of Oreo and peanut butter cups.
