BOSTON RESTAURANT NEWS

Openings

When Bukowski Tavern in Cambridge's Inman Square closed in July it was purchased by Brian Poe, owner of the Tip Tap Room, Estelle's and Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake. The restaurant has now reopened, and Poe plans to change the menu up a bit with the addition of wild game, while keeping former favorites like the popular "Mug Club" alive. Expect 14 different burgers, game dogs (think alligator, venison and bison), and 36 draft beers and another 100 available by the bottle. Bukowski Tavern, 1281 Cambridge St., Cambridge, MA 02139, 617-497-7077.
