Boston's on the Beach Restaurant Review: Across the street from the Delray beach, this popular casual spot brims with locals. Fried foods, served in heaps in baskets, include shrimp, fish 'n' chips, clams, and chicken fingers. On the Beach (actually, more of a lower deck area that's across the street from the beach) is the part of the restaurant where these treats are served. The Upper Deck part of the restaurant serves more costly fare (average $17.95 compared to the average $6.95 at On the Beach) including sautéed shrimp and scallops, steamed Maine lobster, grilled yellowfin tuna steak, grilled New York strip steak and filet mignon. Dress is still fairly casual upstairs. On Monday nights, live reggae music takes the stage.
