Chef Michael Mina's upscale steakhouse Bourbon Steak has taken over his former RN74 space in Seattle. Steaks from the char-broiler grill are centerpieces of the menu, as are signature Mina items such as lobster potpie and black truffle macaroni and cheese. From the sea you might encounter Columbia River king salmon simply prepared with grilled lemon.
