Chef Dominique Crenn (Atelier Crenn) and chef pâtissier Juan Contreras present French pastries like chausson aux pommes and almond croissants at this pop-up in the Salesforce Tower. This is in preparation for a permanent location of Boutique Crenn to open in Summer 2020. In an effort to be mindful of environmental impact, the interior will be made from up-cycled materials. The plant-based patisserie/boulangerie will have a coffee and tea shop offering no disposable cups (patrons must bring their own reusable cups). There will also be a bar in the lobby serving classic cocktails and wines from eco-friendly producers.
