Brass Heart fills the void for fine dining in Uptown, thanks to the efforts of chef Matt Kerney (Longman & Eagle) and partners Margaret Eisen and Vincent Maiorano. Look for a standalone vegan menu (i.e. carrot leather) and meat dishes (such as a ham that gets its richness from aging, and an acorn diet fed to the pig). Cost is $165-$185 per person, wine tastings additional.
