 More than 100 varieties of cognac are served at Brasserie Cognac, a French restaurant from Vittorio Assaf and Fabio Granato (the team also behind Serafina and Geisha). The menu offers both French classics and modern dishes from chef Florian Hugo, who has previously worked in the Alain Ducasse restaurants in Paris, Monaco, New York and London.
