With its dazzling view of the city lights, its subdued décor and its excellent live jazz Thursday through Saturday nights, this is more than your ordinary brasserie. The kitchen serves up good pastas and sandwiches (including a Tuscan chicken sandwich), along with salads and such entrées as the balsamic-glazed pork chop with creamy Parmesan potatoes. There are even a few low-cal selections and seasonal favorites. As a bonus, if you spend over $22 per person on dinner, you’re charged no cover for the jazz.
