THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Speared, rotisserie-cooked meats are carved tableside at this churrascaria---a Brazilian and Portuguese steakhouse equivalent that includes all-you-can-eat cuts of beef, pork, sausage, lamb and poultry. Tucked in a neighborhood center between an Italian restaurant and sports bar, it’s where servers carve tableside slivers of top sirloin, bacon-wrapped chicken, sausage links, pork loin, baby ribs and marinated lamb chunks. Servers continue to return with more options until you turn the green card on your table to the red side, signaling you’ve had enough. Start with the salad bar and hot table for rice and black beans, stewed greens and fried polenta squares. Although the surroundings are stark, Brazilian-born servers and South American tunes add a warm ambience. The fixed price dinner does not include dessert, but few diners pass up the passion fruit custard served in stemmed glassware---despite the steep price.
