| Chef-owner Rohit Singh took a cue from his Berkeley spot, branching out to other East Bay locales with added improvements. Hung with lavish chandeliers and elaborate Indian artworks, Breads of India’s spacious Oakland location is a tad more glamorous than the humble Berkeley original.
