Brick Oven Pizza Restaurant Review: Brick Oven's tasty, hearty pizza is some of the best on the island, and this locale caters to diners on the windward side. The hearth-baked thin-crusted pie made with whole-wheat or white dough is loaded with toppings with a well-proportioned cheese-to-sauce ratio. The rest of the offerings run toward the standard salad, pasta and meatball sandwich variety, with a couple of innovative dessert pizzas.
