The hearth-baked thin-crusted pie made with whole-wheat or white dough is loaded with toppings with a well-proportioned cheese-to-sauce ratio. The rest of the offerings run toward the standard salad, pasta and meatball sandwich variety, with a couple of innovative dessert pizzas.
