Bridges Restaurant & Bar Restaurant Review: Locally, Bridges is probably most famous for its appearance in the movie “Mrs. Doubtfire,” though it really deserves fame for its first-rate cuisine, some of it with a pronounced Asian influence. Dishes include Dungeness crab fritters, pan-seared California halibut with truffled butter and Cognac cream, and miso-braised lamb shank. For dessert, there's pecan pie crème brûlée. |
