Brightons Restaurant Review: Brightons is one of the loveliest rooms in Baltimore, with its lemon-yellow silk walls, lavish chandeliers and floral-painted ceiling. Once the Harbor Court’s top-tier, full-service restaurant, it is now devoted to breakfasts, both à la carte (daily) and buffet style (Saturday and Sunday). Bountiful morning standards, from smoked salmon bagels to Belgian waffles, are on offer, or you can try such brunch-like house specialties as rock shrimp frittata or Benedict-style crab cakes. On Friday and Saturday afternoons, settle in next to one of the floor-to-ceiling harbor-view windows for an indulgent afternoon tea.
