The spirit of Tuscany, if not exactly its culinary authenticity, permeates this Italian-style steakhouse, a good venue for food that's Italian in spirit yet American in execution. Filet mignon comes with Romano-crusted tomatoes and hollandaise sauce, a presentation that likely would never show up in Italy but one in which Italians would find familiar flavors. The crispy, cracker-bottomed flatbreads come topped with a variety of Italian-style flavors, such as wild mushrooms, caramelized onions, Fontina and truffle oil. The best choices are the simple ones, such as a whole roast chicken---that guarantees leftovers---with mashed potatoes and roasted veggies. For dessert, savor the ravishing warm chocolate cake with ice cream. The wine list, in its effort to be international, seems to us to lose focus, and suffers from puzzling organization. Pricing is kept very modest, however, and many choices are offered by the glass.

A real joke. Overrated chain acting like it's Italian. Over-cooked food, bad quality, extremely rude bartender.......on and on
