THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Brio Tuscan Grille Restaurant Review:
Brio Tuscan Grille draws its inspiration from the Tuscan steakhouse, so the food is Italian in spirit yet American in execution. For example, filet mignon comes with Romano-crusted tomatoes and hollandaise sauce. Crispy, cracker-bottomed flatbreads are topped with a variety of Italian-style flavors. The best choices are the simple ones, such as the margherita, with fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil. We also like the chicken cooked under a brick with mashed potatoes and roasted vegetables. For lunch, grab a panino. Chocolate bread pudding is among desserts. The wine list, aiming to be international, has little personality, but pricing is relatively modest, and many choices are offered by the glass. Happy hour in the bar runs Mon.-Fri. from 3 p.m.-7 p.m. and 9 p.m. to closing, offering drink and appetizer specials. Also located at 700 Ashwood Pkwy., Dunwoody, 678-587-0017.
