This is a great spot for the entire family, equally enjoyable for the little leaguer just coming home from a game or grandpa and grandma on the way back from shopping. The no-frills restaurant serves absolutely mouthwatering burgers, ribs, sandwiches and links. The star, no one will likely argue, is the cheeseburger, which comes in an amazing array of styles. Two of the best are the teriyaki burger and the Santa Fe burger, topped with a grilled ortega chile and mild salsa. The restaurant also does a great job with Philly cheesesteaks and grilled chicken sandwiches. And one certainly won't go wrong with an order of tender ribs. While you're at Brix, don't forget to order a thick, creamy milkshake.
