Casual and comfortable, Broadway Burger Bar offers a menu bound to please the carnivore, the vegetarian and the health-conscious diner. As for the burgers, all are made with Prime beef or Black Angus and are served with fries and coleslaw. How about the Rockefeller Center burger with blue cheese, caramelized onions and horseradish sauce? Yes, it’s as good as it sounds. The Central Park comes with chili, cheddar and raw onion, and, well, the list goes on. Non-meat options include the black bean veggie burger with avocado relish or fish tacos with lime-marinated white fish strips with shredded lettuce and silky fresh-made guacamole and pico de gallo. Salads and soups are on offer as well. Craft beers are your best bet for alcoholic beverages, and there’s a Sunday beer brunch for the beer lover. Pie and bread pudding are available for dessert, but warm cookies and milk are recommended. Service is informal and efficient.
