Despite its location in a modern skyscraper, The Broiler is truly a classic steakhouse. For more than 60 years, it has been a mainstay on the city's fine dining scene and has kept up with changing tastes while retaining its old-school charm. The menu offers all the classics --- filet mignon, porterhouse, prime rib --- as well as unexpected dishes, such as grilled sea bass with goat cheese, a Guinness-braised lamb shank and a pork chop with polenta cake and caramelized fruit.
