The Broken Yolk Cafe Restaurant Review:
The Broken Yolk Cafe from San Diego has opened its first Nevada location in Town Square. The restaurant currently has 31 outposts in Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois and Texas, and was featured on Travel Channel’s Man v. Food. Specialty dishes include Tiki Toast: grilled Hawaiian bread topped with strawberries, blueberries, coconut, caramel drizzle and powdered sugar; the Golden State Benedict: English muffin with tomato, avocado, bacon, poached eggs, hollandaise sauce and Sriracha; the Fiesta Burrito: scrambled eggs, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes, shredded beef, salsa verde and cheddar wrapped in a flour tortilla topped with sour cream, avocado and salsa; and the Good Morning Burger: Angus beef, two fried eggs, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise.
