THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Bruegger's Bagel Bakery Restaurant Review:

Whether you come for a standard plain, poppy seed or everything bagel or one of their signature sandwiches that range from a basic BLT to a spicy-sweet Thai peanut chicken, you can't go wrong. Bruegger's Bagel Bakery first won our hearts by bringing the first decent bagel to the Twin Cities. Since then they have expanded their repertoire, adding boutique cream cheeses (the honey-walnut and the garden veggie are big hits), respectable soups (some stores have a Soupline you can call for the day's specials) and sandwiches. For a breakfast bagel sandwich that is far superior to most fast food offerings, try the Southwestern, which comes with jalapeño cream cheese, egg, cheddar cheese and a dollop of salsa. Unfortunately the coffee at Bruegger's isn't as good as we want it to be, but many locations remedy this shortcoming by share a wall with local coffee favorite Caribou Coffee.
