THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Brugge Brasserie Restaurant Review:
The ever-changing house brews, casual vibe and well-crafted fare keep this place hopping with regulars as well as newcomers. Order a flight of three beers and the charcuterie medley of some of the best pâté, sausage and artisan cheeses around. Or hunker down with a huge bowl of mussels steamed the classic way or the spicy way with andouille sausage and tomatoes. Crêpes come savory or sweet and the cone of classic Belgium frites is ordered with a choice of sauces from garlic aïoli to house-made ketchup and a Dijon-syrup mixture. Bring the kids, as they have their own tempting menu that includes “pb&j” crêpes. For the child in all of us, Nutella crêpes are popular.
