Brugge Brasserie Restaurant Review: The Brugge is an authentic, Belgian-style gastropub with house brews, a casual vibe and surprisingly good fare. The menu includes the classic paper cones of crisp fries and steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, and a tasty Belgian fish stew. Freshly prepared crêpes are filled with just about anything you desire. Linger over the beer of the day and a plate of sausages served with boutique mustards, or enjoy a supper of steak and eggs. The brews and soup selections change daily, and feel free to bring the family. The kids’ menu offers nice selections for the young ones, sans the beer, of course. |
