| Pigs are glorified in pictures and collectibles. Whether this puts one in the mood to eat pork or simply say, Oh, isn’t that cute we’re not sure. But the pulled pork sandwich is mighty tasty, a jumbo meal loaded with smoky flavor. Ribs come with a good sauce, but could be more meaty. Sides include coleslaw, barbecued beans and green beans, which tend to be overcooked. Also on the menu are smoked chicken, brisket of beef, burgers and chili. Lots of people drop by at lunch to pig out, so finding a seat may be difficult. Planning a party? You can buy the hickory-smoked meats by the pound. |
