Buenos Aires Restaurant Review:
At this East Village steakhouse, grilled sirloin, rib-eye, skirt steak, flank steak, tri-tip, shell steak and short ribs make up much of the menu. The steak is tender and juicy, and diners may achieve a beef nirvana. If that’s not enough, there’s blood sausage, roasted lemon chicken, chorizo, sweetbreads and several pastas. Everything tastes better slathered with the tableside garlicky chimichurri sauce and washed down with one of the many affordable Argentine bottles of wine. Desserts, such as the dulce de leche ice cream and flan, are satisfying.
